MEXICAN MENUDO - Available Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays only. This is a homemade beef tripe, red pepper, and hominy soup often used in Mexico as a remedy for hangovers.

CARNE ASADA FRIES - This dish is very popular in California. We decided to add it to our menu since a lot of soldiers from Cali ask for it. It is a large plate of crispy fries topped with grilled steak (or chicken), melted cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and fresh guacamole.

STEAK & SHRIMP - A 8 to 10oz steak cooked to order topped with grilled onions, peppers, and shrimp served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and corn or flour tortillas.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA -  Shrimp simmered in a very, very, very hot and spicy salsa. Not for the wimp!

ENCHILADAS - Our enchiladas are made to order filled with chicken, ground beef, or cheese and  then topped with a green bell pepper and jalapeno sauce, red pepper sauce, chili, or cheese sauce. Served with all the fixings.

POLLO EN MOLE - Chicken breast simmered in a cocoa and Mexican spices sauce. Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.

COMBINATION DINNER - Our last plate on the menu. You can mix and match many of our items to create your very own combination. You can choose from items such as enchiladas, tacos, tamales, chile rellenos, and others. Here we have a cheese enchilada and a homemade chile relleno (anaheim pepper stuffed with cheese.)

CHIMICHANGA DINNER - 2 fried burritos stuffed with ground beef and beans and topped with our homemade queso. Served with all the fixings.
